A little or a lot
Cherish, love and appreciate everything you have got. For some, their ‘everything’ may be more or less than others, but I think quantifying how much you have defeats the object of being grateful. Being grateful is about appreciating what you’ve got regardless of what it is or how much you obtain. Obviously, this is can sometimes be hard to do, as we expect our norm to be someone else’s, too- but this isn’t always the case. However, just because someone lives a different way of life doesn’t mean that they’re not happy with it, regardless of what particular value you have placed on it? Like I said, it’s all about appreciating what you have got, and not comparing it to others. I know we all complain about what we’ve got sometimes, but this post was just to remind you that your rubbish is someone else’s treasure, and your norm may be someone else’s dream.

Positivity
All you can do in life is your best. Whether that’s in order to benefit someone else or yourself, minimallist or life changing, positivity is positivity and whatever’s started will spread. You just have to be the one to start it. Isn’t it true though? When your Mum shouts at you again for leaving your dirty plate on the kitchen counter, so you then go to school and snap at your friend because you were in a bad mood. The domino effect involves postivity and negativity. But that’s because the world is far from perfect. However it’s our job to make it as close to perfection as possible. Life is gift, and we should always try to be the one to start the line of positivity, because we don’t know how far it could spread nor what good it could bring to those most in need.
